ABSTRACT:
This study is performed to know the awareness, use and impact of CeRA resources among the research scholars of Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar. Study adopts survey method and a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data from the respondents. Total 167 scholars are registered in the different departments of the university, questionnaires distributed among all and 126 properly filled questionnaires were used for further analysis. Study revealed that 83.34% respondents are aware with CeRA consortium and only 53.34% respondents use its resources. Major purpose for using CeRA resources is for research/project work and major impact of using CeRA resources is found that the information access became faster, major impediment which was observed during the use of CeRA resources are lack of training sessions and difficulty in accessing full-text articles.
